Please note that all sales are considered final. However, should you receive a damaged product, we kindly ask that you photograph the item within its original packaging and promptly email the image to us at info@pinkoctopusscents.com within 24 hours of delivery. Upon review, we will either issue a store credit or arrange for the replacement of the damaged item.
